1/3 c. sugar

t. nutmeg
2 T. flour
3 large
apples sliced
¼ t. cinnamon
8
pork chops
1 pkg. shake and bake (or you can
use seasoned bread crumbs)
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and
nutmeg in a large bowl. Add apples toss
and coat. Spoon into a greased 9x13 inch
pan. Coat pork chops with shake and bake
as directed on package. Discard any remaining
mix. Place pork chops on top of apples
and bake at 425 degrees for 35 min or until meat is cooked through. This is a really easy recipe to make for two
people!
