Apple Dip:


1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese                                              
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup brown sugar                                                                       
½ package Heath toffee chips
¼ cup sugar

Beat together cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla until well blended.  Stir in toffee chips by hand.  (Don’t add the toffee chips until about ½ hour before serving, or they will get soft.)  Serve with sliced apples.
